How RotaPulse supports the SIA Approved Contractor Scheme — and the limits of that support.
RotaPulse is a software platform that provides IT assistance to help security companies digitise, organise and manage their operational processes — including, where possible, processes related to the SIA Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS), such as vetting records, attendance, patrols, policies and evidence collection.
RotaPulse does not provide consultancy, advice, interpretation or guidance on achieving, evaluating, scoring or maintaining ACS status. It is a tool for digitising your own processes — not an advisory service. RotaPulse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Security Industry Authority (SIA) or any ACS assessing body.
Each company remains solely responsible for understanding and meeting the ACS evaluation criteria, for conducting its own due diligence, and for obtaining its own independent legal, regulatory and professional advice in relation to ACS accreditation and any applicable standards or laws.
